great accessibility to historical landmarks and beautiful parks
I enjoyed my stay here, especially the proximity to the Church of Debra Berhan Selassie, which is only about a 20-minute walk away, and the scenic views at Fasil Ghebbi, just a little over a mile from the hotel.

We really enjoyed the live entertainment at the restaurant, filled with traditional music and dance that kept my kids entertained. Our family room was spacious, and the views were breathtaking, especially while hiking to the nearby slopes.
My kids wished for a kids’ menu.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find a lost jewel, making me feel well taken care of. I can’t wait to come back for another city trip!

The views from the roofed terrace are stunning, making it a great spot for dinner. The cleanliness in the common areas seemed acceptable, but our rooms left a lot to be desired. They felt dark and outdated, needing better maintenance and a major refresh. Pillows were hard, making sleep difficult. The towels were thin and I only received one hand towel. Wi-Fi worked fine in the lobby but was frustratingly slow, especially at peak times. Breakfast was pretty basic, lacking variety beyond eggs. Even when I asked for alternatives, I didn’t get many choices. The temperature of the shower fluctuated. it started cold on arrival but warmed up later. Dining in the evening had moments of slow service, which could use some improvement. A more uniform Wi-Fi connection across the property would enhance the stay, too. Overall, the stay had its nice moments, particularly the sunset views, but considerable improvements in rooms and dining options are necessary.

The views from the roofed terrace are a standout feature, making it an ideal spot for dinner. While the staff was friendly and the gluten-free dish options were appreciated, the rooms left much to be desired. they felt outdated and poorly maintained. Issues like hard pillows, insufficient towels, and inconsistent electricity added to the discomfort during the stay. Breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing for those looking for variety.
